Assistant Project Manager

This position is responsible for the implementation of project design, provision of working drawing, cost estimates/project budget allocation and monitoring of materials to use for projects production ensuring quality, meeting of target lead time, within budget allocation, including overseeing of Ingress/Egress


Planning and Scheduling

  • To generate complete working drawings.
  • To generate specifications and costing / Project Budget
  • To request the availability of manpower and tools and equipment
  • To create set-up/mock up plans
  • To coordinate timeline with Purchasing, Sales/Planning Dept

Report and Monitoring Management

  • To provide project status and close monitoring of on-going project
  • To create status of ingress and egress and submit photos
  • To monitor materials and manpower and undertake strict monitoring and implementation of the project schedule
  • To comply with GANNT CHART

Supervision on Fabrication

  • To ensure the good quality of the product according to specification
  • To generate /check working drawing
  • To plan, schedule and monitor the fabrication job orders and also monitor the project budget allocation.
  • To handle purchase of requisition for materials and monitor consumables
  • To attend Project Brief / Project Go Meeting for projects with concern department heads
  • To conduct quality assurance and control and pre and post evaluation per project
  • To oversee production process; ensure that projects are fabricated on time and will pass quality standards
  • To escalate project issues to Production Head
  • To handle / delegate purchase request for sub-con works with head approval
  • To perform other duties that may be delegated from time to time


  • Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Architecture course
  • Computer literate; knowledgeable in Auto cad is a must
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Must have understanding of fabrication, scheduling and planning concepts
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

Events Manager

This position is responsible for the overseeing and organizing of events that will make an impact to a target audience, He/She ensure that events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. An Event Manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. He/She has fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.


  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Be in charge of hiring personnel
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Lead promotional activities for the event
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event’s success and conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and prepare reports on outcome
  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest


  • Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Marketing, Hospitality management or related fields
  • Proven experience as event manager; impressive portfolio of previously managed events
  • Skilled in project management and time management
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

Exhibit Creative Designer

This position is responsible for the design and execution of Job orders, production of working drawings, graphic layout and final printing of compre.


  • Undertakes research on appropriate design, materials and applications.
  • Executes the theme and design direction for assigned projects
  • Prepare the design proposal in colored compre
  • Prepares the creative description
  • Creates feasible, innovative, cost efficient and engaging designs
  • Prepares necessary files for the Technical Staff & Estimator to generate the cost of the design and facilitates the Design Review with the Production Department
  • Undertakes revision on the design proposal as needed
  • On Project Go stage, coordinates with Technical unit in the preparation of working drawings, ensuring designs are followed
  • Consults the design with the Creative Head and facilitates the Design Review with the Production Department..
  • Prepares sufficient design presentation to support KAM’S job orders requirement such as compre design inspirations, design rationale, elevations, key plan, etc.


  • Industrial design graduate,
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the latest creative trends
  • Must know how to use design software
  • Must have a strong creative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, good planning and organizational skills

HR and Admin Officer

This position is responsible for the management and supervision of areas related to Human Resources and Admin.


  • To review salary scale/compensation/benefits incentives of the company
  • To implement performance management system
  • To provide accurate and timely payroll pay-out
  • To develop programs which will enhance employee morale
  • To monitor infractions and violations for issuance of disciplinary actions & report to Management
  • To review and revise company code of conduct as needed

Service Driver

Responsible for conveying materials, equipment and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required.


During service

  • To ensure that arrivals to destinations are always on time.
  • To ensure that traffic rules and regulations are observed.
  • To ensure that the vehicle documents are valid and renewed on time.

Maintenance of Vehicle

  • To conduct regular checkup of company truck and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provinces routes.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned by superior from time to time.


  • At least High school graduate
  • Preferably with related work experience as company driver
  • Honest and diligent
  • Able to work under pressure in all weather conditions
  • Good time management, interpersonal and communications skills
